Fibrous wastes correspond to approximately 54.3 wt.-% of a banana plant. The waste weight is mainly bunches, stems, and leaves. These ligno-cellulosic fibre can be designed tailored yield value added products which exploited by the farmers, exporters weavers. Pectin (plant cement) hemicelluloses (22-25%) found in plant cell walls plate (middle lamella). macromolecules have needs hydrolyzed faster without affecting quality fibre. chemical mechanical processes adopted for fibres actually affect color uptake, strength thus fetching lower price. We report biological ecofriendly method retting where pectinases produced endophytic microorganisms pseudostem were used separate bundles cellulose.. Endophytes are live close relationship with living tissues cooperative delivering few auxiliary metabolites proteins possibility hydrolyse plant-determined host. They spend entire or part their lifecycle colonizing within sound host plants.The pectinase helps break down find commercial application extraction fibres.Seven bacterial isolates screened isolated screening agar medium [PSAM]. Pectinase producing bacteria from corm Amorphophallus paeoniifolius reported us Staphylococcus sciuri, Exiguobacterium acetylicum, indicum good producers having specific activity 8.26, 12.61, 6.81 respectively. Treatment these microbes showed 91%, 94%, 96.7% loss total stem leaving behind pure cellulose fibres.
